GOLDEN TRIANGLE is one of the most prominent and classical tours of India. It covers a small portion of Northern India. As the name suggest, Golden Triangle, is the foremost choice for the first time visitors of India. The primary attraction of the tour is Taj Mahal at Agra. It is one of the 7 Wonders of the World and also a UNESCO’s world Heritage Site. Taj Mahal is known as symbol of love. In addition to this, the tour also covers Amber Fort and City Palace of Jaipur. The tour would also cover Orchha, Jhansi before reaching Khajuraho. Khajuraho is well known for it's sculpture around its temples. From Khajuraho the tour moves ahead to Varanasi before reaching the last city, Delhi, National Capital, In Delhi, you would be visiting historical architectural work of Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb and Jama Masjid and modern architecture of Lotus Temple and Akshardam.

Arrival
You will be met by SAV Executive at the Airport. He would greet you and then you will be transferred to the Hotel, where you will check-in and relax. Night stay will be at the Hotel in Delhi.
Day 1 – Delhi
After a relaxed night after a long flight, have a leisure morning and have a relaxed breakfast. A group meeting will be organised by your tour leader where you will be introduced with your co-passengers and the itinerary will be discussed in detail. Post the group meeting the tour will start with your visit to Qutub Minar, a historical monument. After lunch you will be visiting Akshardham Temple, a modern day monument. In the evening, after dinner, you will be dropped at your Hotel to relax. Night stay will be at the Hotel in Delhi.
Day 2 – Delhi - Jaipur (275 kms/6-7 hour drive)
This morning, the group will check-out from the Hotel and depart for Jaipur. On Arrival at Jaipur, check-in at the Hotel and relax. In the evening visit to Chokhi Dhani between 18:00 hrs to 23:00 hrs. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jaipur. Overnight stay will be at the hotel in Jaipur.
Day 3 – Jaipur
After Breakfast, this morning, you will proceed on a visit to the ancient capital of the Kachhawaha Rajputs, Amber. Enjoy the Elephant ride up the fort. On the route, enjoy a photo-stop at Hawa Mahal – the palace of wind. Later visit the City Palace and the apartment housing museums with an array of textiles, costumes, arms, weapons and paintings and finally visit Jantar Mantar, the observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh-II. Evening will be at leisure for exploring the local market and souvenir shopping. Dinner will be served in the Hotel. Night stay will be at the Hotel in Jaipur.
Day 4 – Jaipur – Agra (265 kms/5-6 hour drive)
This morning, the group will check-out from the Hotel and depart for Agra. Agra is a historical and romantic city of medieval India. En-route to Agra the group will visit Fatehpur Sikri, which is 40 k.m. before Agra. Fatehpur Sikri was once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar. On arrival at Agra check-in at the Hotel and take some rest. Evening will be at leisure and you will be able to explore the local market at your own. Night stay will be at the Hotel in Agra.
Day 5 – Agra
This morning, you will visit Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in 1630 for his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. Later visit Agra Fort. Rest of the day will be at leisure and you will be free to visit local market at your own. Night stay will be at the Hotel in Agra.
Day 6 – Agra – Jhansi – Orachha
This morning the group will check-out from the hotel and board the train to Jhansi from where the group will take auto rickshaw or tuk tuk and drive to Orachha. After check-in you will visit Jehangir Mahal, Raj Mahal, Chaturbhuj Temple, Ram Raja Temple and Chhatris (Cenotaphs). Night stay will be at Orachha.
Day 7 – Orachha – Jhansi – Khajuraho
This morning the group will check-out from the hotel and visit Orchha Fort before driving to Jhansi where you will be visiting Jhansi Fort. In the afternoon board the train to Khajuraho. On arrival at Khajuraho, the group will be driven to the Hotel. Night stay will be at Khajuraho.
Day 8 – Khajuraho
This morning visit Pandav Falls, 34 k.m. from Khajuraho. Return to Khajuraho to visit different temples of Khajuraho and enjoy the ancient sculptures on the walls of the temples. Night stay will be at Khajuraho.
Day 9 – Khajuraho – Varanasi
This morning the group will check-out from the hotel and take a small flight to Varanasi. On arrival at Varanasi, the group will be driven to the Hotel. After check-in at the Hotel you are free to move around and explore the city. In the evening visit the ghat for viewing the Ganga Aarti. Night stay will be at Varanasi.
Day 10 – Varanasi
This morning the group will go for the local sightseeing of the city and will also make a short visit to Sarnath. In the evening return to the Hotel. Night stay will be at Varanasi.
Day 11 – Varanasi – Delhi (flight)
This morning check-out from the Hotel, board the flight to Delhi. The day will be at leisure and you can explore the local markets of Cannought Place and Janpath. Night stay will be at the Hotel in Delhi.
Day 12 – Delhi
This morning After Breakfast at the Hotel, the group will be taking a guided city tour of Delhi. The tour would start from Old Delhi which would include the visit to Jama Masjid, India’s biggest Mosque, a ride of cycle rickshaw and drive past Red Fort before heading towards Raj Ghat. Later visit India Gate, drive past important government buildings Post Lunch visit Lotus Temple. Finally after dinner you will be dropped at the Airport for your onward/return journey or at the Hotel who wishes to continue their stay or have a flight next day.
