Payment Terms

• You must pay US$ 500/- at the time of registration/booking confirmation along with duly filled and signed registration form available on the site www.savtours.co.in

• Balance amount to be paid 45 days before the start of the tour (subject to price fluctuation).

• Delay in payment of balance amount beyond 45 days before the start of the tour may attract penelty upto 10% of the tour cost.

• For the bookings made within 45 days of the start of the tour full payment will have to be deposited.

• Once SAV confirms the booking, you will have to pay the registration/booking confirmation amount of US$ 500/- within 15 days of confirmation.

• In the event of payment not being received within 15 days of confirmation, SAV is liable to cancel the booking and release the seat to other passangers.

• Any bookings made within 30 days of tour departure may incur late payment charges.

• During Christmas, Diwali and New Year yours may have extra premium added for additional hotel charges.

• Full payment for the tours during these specified periods will have to be done 90 days prior to the start of the tour.

• All the prices are calculated @ US$ 1 = RS. 60/-.

• You can pay though Pay Pal or Bank Transfer.

• If you are using Pay Pal for payment, remember to add 5% on the total amount being paid towards Pay Pal charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation By You

• For any cancellation the passanger must write an e-mail to SAV Tours & Travels. Any other mode of communication will not be accaepted.

• Cancellation/modification of dates received before 45 days prior to the date of tour departure – US$ 100 plus the conversion cost and payment transfer cost will be deducted from the total payment received.

• Cancellation/modification of dates received within 45 to 30 days prior to the date of tour departure - loss of 25 % of the tour cost

• Cancellation of dates received within 29 to15 days prior to the date of tour departure - loss of 50 % of the tour cost

• Cancellation received within 15 days prior to the date of tour departure – no refund will be granted by SAV Tours & Travels

No refund or part refund will be made should you voluntarily leave early or choose not to partake in any part of the tour.

Cancellation By SAV Tours & Travels

Please note that all SAV Tours & Travels trips need a minimum of 6 passengers to run. In the event that SAV Tours & Travels cancels a tour, notification will be given no less than 45 days before the departure date of the trip. SAV Tours & Travels reserves the right to cancel the trip if minimum participant requirement is not met. SAV Tours & Travels will then return all money paid for the trip. SAV Tours & Travels is not liable for any other incidental costs paid by you, including non-refundable flight tickets, visas, or vaccinations. SAV Tours & Travels will not be liable for any loss of enjoyment due to cancellation.

Please note this excludes cancellations due to incidents and conditions outside SAV Tours & Travels’ control such as war, natural disaster, political instability, or accident. In such an event SAV Tours & Travels will return no money but we will assist in any way to help you make a claim on your travel insurance. During Christmas, New Year and Diwali for cancellation less than 90 days prior to departure there will be no refund.
